Artistike & Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Multidisciplinary Swiss Art Association

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities, exhibitions, performances, events and services provided by the association Artistike & Swiss Art Association, including:
• visual arts
• music (all instruments)
• singing
• dance
• bands, DJs, orchestras
• theatre, performance, poetry
• photography, film, design and other creative disciplines

2. Purpose of the Association
Artistike is a multidisciplinary art association in accordance with Art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB).
The association supports artists of all disciplines and organizes exhibitions, shows, performances, events and international projects.
Artistike operates on a non-profit basis, but in a professional manner.
Fees cover the actual organizational costs.

3. Registration & Participation
Participants agree to:
• provide accurate information
• meet all deadlines (rehearsals, submissions, performances)
• comply with all organizational requirements
Artistike reserves the right to decline applications without providing reasons.

4. Fees & Participation Costs
Fees cover:
• organization
• venue and booth rental
• event technology
• administration
• logistics
• marketing
• international exhibition expenses

4.1 Exhibition Commission
For artworks sold during exhibitions, Artistike receives:
• 20% commission
• 80% goes to the artist
​
4.2 Events / Shows / Concerts
For events fully organized and financed by Artistike:
• Artistike receives 100% of the revenue
• a defined portion is paid to the participating artists as a fee or profit share
​
5. Transport & Liability
5.1 Visual Arts
Artistike may occasionally offer group transport (e.g., for Paris).
Transport is carried out without liability for:
• damage
• loss
• theft
• delays
• errors caused by third parties
Artists are responsible for:
• packaging
• insurance
• labeling
​
5.2 Musicians, Dancers, Performers
They bring their own instruments, props, costumes and personal items and are fully responsible for them.
Artistike does not provide storage for instruments or equipment.

6. Delivery & Collection
6.1 Exhibitions
• Delivery and collection take place at the same location and at fixed times.
• Deadlines are binding.
• Works delivered late cannot be guaranteed exhibition placement.
Storage fee for non-collection:
👉 20 CHF per day
After 30 days, the artwork may be returned at the artist’s expense or disposed of.

6.2 Events / Shows
• Props, instruments and costumes must be taken home immediately after the event.
• No storage is available.

7. Sales & Mediation
Artistike forwards buyer inquiries to the artist.
The association is not a contractual party and assumes no responsibility for:
• payment
• shipping
• complaints
• handover
The purchase contract exists exclusively between the buyer and the artist.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
Artistike is not liable for:
• damage to artworks
• technical failures
• equipment, instruments or costumes
• loss or theft
• third-party damages
• force majeure
• errors caused by transport companies or event venues
​
9. Cancellations & Changes
Artistike may postpone or cancel events or exhibitions for organizational reasons.
There is no entitlement to refunds or compensation.

10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.

11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Adliswil/Zürich.
