Who can participate in Artistike?All artists and cultural workers, regardless of their field:• Fine arts (painting, drawing, digital art, mixed media)• Singers• Musicians (all instruments)• Bands• Orchestra• Pianists• DJs• Dancers & dance groups• Theatre & Performance• Choirs• Poetry, spoken word, literature• Fashion, design, photography, filmArtistike is open to any form of creative expression.

How do I register for an exhibition or event?Via our website or by email to artistike@gmx.ch.We will contact you with all the details regarding the process, technology, stage, submission/rehearsals and dates.

What fees are there?The participation fees cover the actual costs of exhibitions.or events (rental, technology, stage, transport, organization, administration).The following applies to exhibitions:👉 20% commission for Artistike, 80% for the artist.The following applies to events (shows, performances, concerts):👉 Artistike receives 100% of the event revenue,👉 An agreed portion will be paid out as a fee or participation to contributors.

How does the transport work?For exhibitions, Artistike sometimes offers shared transport for everyone.Important:👉 Transport is carried out without liability for damage, loss or theft.Musicians and performers bring their own instruments and stage costumes.

Who is responsible for packaging, technology & insurance?• Visual artists: Packaging & insurance are the responsibility of the artist.• Musicians & performers: own instruments, props, equipment (if specific).• Event technology (lighting, sound) is organized by Artistike for events, if agreed upon in advance.

What happens when artworks are sold?Artistike forwards buyer contacts.Sales and shipping take place directly between the artist and the buyer.Artistike is not a contracting party.

How do performances work (stage, rehearsals, technology)?You will receive information about the following before each event:• Stage / Square• Technical equipment (microphones, lighting, sound)• Probationary periods• Process• Performance timeWe plan fairly, clearly and in a structured manner, so that every discipline gets its due space.

When do I need to drop off and pick up my artwork?For exhibitions:Drop-off and pick-up take place at the same location, at set times.Mandatory compliance.For events:Musicians, dancers and performers bring their equipment to the agreed rehearsal time.

What happens if the pickup is not completed?The following applies to late collection of artworks:👉 Storage fee: 20 CHF per dayAfter 30 days, a work can be returned or disposed of at the artist's expense.For musicians: Instruments or equipment cannot be deposited or stored.

No, we currently have no capacity.Instruments, costumes, and stage equipment must be brought along and taken away again by the participants themselves.
