• Choirs
• Poetry, spoken word, literature
• Fashion, design, photography, film

Artistike is open to any form of creative expression.

We will contact you with all the details regarding the process, technology, stage, submission/rehearsals and dates.

The participation fees cover the actual costs of exhibitions.

The following applies to exhibitions:
👉 20% commission for Artistike, 80% for the artist.

The following applies to events (shows, performances, concerts):
👉 Artistike receives 100% of the event revenue,
👉 An agreed portion will be paid out as a fee or participation to contributors.

For exhibitions, Artistike sometimes offers shared transport for everyone.
Important:
👉 Transport is carried out without liability for damage, loss or theft.
Musicians and performers bring their own instruments and stage costumes.

• Visual artists: Packaging & insurance are the responsibility of the artist.
• Musicians & performers: own instruments, props, equipment (if specific).
• Event technology (lighting, sound) is organized by Artistike for events, if agreed upon in advance.

Artistike forwards buyer contacts.
Sales and shipping take place directly between the artist and the buyer.
Artistike is not a contracting party.

You will receive information about the following before each event:
• Stage / Square
• Technical equipment (microphones, lighting, sound)
• Probationary periods
• Process
• Performance time

We plan fairly, clearly and in a structured manner, so that every discipline gets its due space.

For exhibitions:
Drop-off and pick-up take place at the same location, at set times.
Mandatory compliance.

For events:
Musicians, dancers and performers bring their equipment to the agreed rehearsal time.

The following applies to late collection of artworks:
👉 Storage fee: 20 CHF per day
After 30 days, a work can be returned or disposed of at the artist's expense.

For musicians: Instruments or equipment cannot be deposited or stored.

10. Does Artistike offer storage or transport for musicians?

No, we currently have no capacity.
Instruments, costumes, and stage equipment must be brought along and taken away again by the participants themselves.
