REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATING ARTISTS – ARTISTS
1. Status
Participating artists are not members of the association. They contribute to the association's activities as guest artists or project-based creatives.
2. Selection process
Artists are accepted through:
• Invitation
• Application
• curatorial selection
• Project-related participation
3. Responsibilities of the artists
Participating artists are responsible for:
• Provision of all works or performances
• Adherence to deadlines
• Delivery, collection and transport are at your own risk
• Correct packaging and labeling
• complete and true information about their works
• compliance with all club rules
4. Originality and copyright
All submitted works must be 100% originals by the artist.
The following are prohibited:
• Copies
• Reproductions
• AI-generated works
• Works by other artists without written permission
In case of violations, the artist is personally liable for all legal consequences. Artistike will terminate participation immediately and without discussion in such cases.
5. Usage rights for artistic works
The artists grant Artistike the right to use photos and videos of their works for:
• Website
• Social Media
• Flyers & posters
• Exhibition documentation
• Press releases
• Internal and external presentations
This use is solely for promotion and documentation purposes.
6. Rights of artists
You receive:
• Presentation of their works
• Participation in projects and exhibitions
• Visibility and communication through artistic performance
• Opportunity for sales and contacts
7. No voting rights
Participating artists have no decision-making, voting, or participation rights in the association.
8. Financial
• The club receives a 20% commission on sales.
Project-related fees may apply.
• Transport, insurance and special logistics are the sole responsibility of the artists.
9. Disclaimer
Artistike is not liable for:
• Damage to works
• Loss during transport, setup, dismantling or exhibition
• improper packaging
• false information provided by the artists
The insurance of the artworks rests solely with the artist.
10. Behavior
Artists commit to:
• respectful interaction
• Reliability
• Cooperation
• Compliance with all requirements
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
11. Termination of participation
Artistike can terminate participation at any time if:
• Rules are broken
• organizational reasons exist
• Copyright infringements occur
• Behavior that harms the club
12. Final Confirmation
By registering, artists confirm that they have fully read, understood and accepted these regulations.
