President & Founder
Valerijana Krasniqi
Valerijana is the founder and president of Artistike. She develops the association's artistic vision, shapes the concepts, and oversees all projects from the initial idea to their realization. With her keen eye for structure and her profound creative energy, she unites organization, artistic direction, and strategic development into a cohesive whole.
She recognizes potential, creates spaces for growth, and leads the organization with determination, empathy, and a strong inner conviction. Her ability to bring people together and give them the courage to express themselves is what defines Artistike's identity.
As the initiator, she is the foundation of the association; she provides impetus, creates clarity, and bears the responsibility for the continuous development of Artistike. Under her leadership, an association is emerging that takes art seriously, empowers artists, and fosters genuine community.
Vice President
Liridona Gächter
Liridona is the vice president of Artistike and a vital pillar of the organization. She brings a calm, clear, and reliable presence that stabilizes processes and gives the organization structure.
With her keen eye, she recognizes early on what is needed in terms of organization or interpersonal relationships, and accompanies projects with patience, accuracy and a sense of responsibility.
She supports the strategic and operational development of the association and ensures that processes are coordinated and professionally managed. Her reliability and respectful manner make her a valuable voice on the board and a driving force for Artistike's growth.
CFO Finance
Manuel Gächter
Manuel is the treasurer of Artistike and is responsible for the club's financial structure. He ensures clear, transparent, and careful management of all funds, thus creating the foundation for the club's stable and reliable development.
His calm and structured way of working gives the club security and confidence.
In addition to financial matters, Manuel also supports key organizational areas. He anticipates needs, brings order to complex processes, and ensures that projects are implemented smoothly from an administrative perspective. His reliability, sense of responsibility, and integrity make him a valuable member of the board.
