1. Status
Teilnehmende Künstler/innen sind keine Vereinsmitglieder. Sie wirken als Gastkünstler/innen oder projektbezogene Kreative an Aktivitäten des Vereins mit.

Künstler/innen werden aufgenommen durch:
• Einladung
• Bewerbung
• kuratorische Auswahl
• projektbezogene Teilnahme

3. Verantwortlichkeiten der Künstler/innen
Teilnehmende Künstler/innen sind verantwortlich für:
• Bereitstellung aller Werke oder Performances
• Einhaltung von Fristen
• Lieferung, Abholung und Transport in eigener Verantwortung
• korrekte Verpackung und Kennzeichnung
• vollständige und wahre Angaben zu ihren Werken
• die Einhaltung aller Vereinsregeln

4. Originalität und Urheberrecht
Alle eingereichten Werke müssen zu 100% Originale des/der Künstler/in sein.
Es sind untersagt:
• Kopien
• Reproduktionen
• KI-generierte Werke
• Werke anderer Künstler/innen ohne schriftliche Erlaubnis
Bei Verstößen haftet der/die Künstler/in persönlich für alle rechtlichen Folgen. Artistike beendet die Teilnahme in solchen Fällen sofort und ohne Diskussion.

5. Nutzungsrechte für Artistike
Die Künstler/innen gewähren Artistike das Recht, Fotos und Videos ihrer Werke zu verwenden für:
• Website
• Social Media
• Flyer & Plakate
• Ausstellungsdokumentation
• Pressemitteilungen
• interne und externe Präsentationen
Diese Nutzung dient ausschliesslich der Promotion und Dokumentation.

6. Rechte der Künstler/innen
Sie erhalten:
• Präsentation ihrer Werke
• Teilnahme an Projekten und Ausstellungen
• Sichtbarkeit und Kommunikation durch Artistike
• Möglichkeit für Verkäufe und Kontakte

7. Keine Stimmrechte
Teilnehmende Künstler/innen haben keine Entscheidungs-, Stimm- oder Mitwirkungsrechte im Verein.

8. Finanzielles
• Der Verein erhält 20% Provision bei Verkäufen.
• Projektbezogene Gebühren können anfallen.
• Transport, Versicherung und Sonderlogistik obliegen komplett den Künstler/innen.

9. Haftungsausschluss
Artistike haftet nicht für:
• Schäden an Werken
• Verlust während Transport, Aufbau, Abbau oder Ausstellung
• unsachgemässe Verpackung
• falsche Angaben der Künstler/innen
Die Versicherung der Werke liegt allein beim Künstler.

10. Verhalten
Künstler/innen verpflichten sich zu:
• respektvollem Umgang
• Zuverlässigkeit
• Zusammenarbeit
• Einhaltung aller Vorgaben
Missachtung kann zur sofortigen Beendigung führen.

11. Beendigung der Teilnahme
Artistike kann die Teilnahme jederzeit beenden, wenn:
• Regeln verletzt werden
• organisatorische Gründe vorliegen
• Urheberrechtsverletzungen auftreten
• Verhalten dem Verein schadet

12. Schlussbestätigung
Mit der Anmeldung bestätigen Künstler/innen, dass sie dieses Reglement vollständig gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert haben.

• complying with all rules of the association

4. Originality & Copyright
All submitted works must be 100% original creations of the artist.
Prohibited are:
• copies
• reproductions
• AI-generated works
• works belonging to other artists without written permission
Any violation results in full personal liability and immediate removal from the project without discussion.

5. Usage Rights for Artistike
Artists grant Artistike the right to use photos and videos of their artworks for:
• website
• social media
• flyers & posters
• exhibition documentation
• press releases
• internal and external presentations
Use is solely for promotion and documentation.

6. Rights of Artists
Artists receive:
• presentation of their works
• participation in exhibitions and projects
• visibility and communication through Artistike
• opportunities for sales and networking

7. No Voting Rights
Participating artists have no voting or decision-making rights.

8. Financial Terms
• Artistike receives 20% commission on sales.
• Project fees may apply.
• Transport, insurance and logistics are fully the responsibility of the artist.

9. Liability Disclaimer
Artistike is not liable for:
• damage to artworks
• loss during transport, installation or dismantling
• improper packaging
• false statements from artists
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.

10. Conduct
Artists agree to:
• respectful conduct
• reliability
• cooperation
• following all guidelines
Violations may result in immediate termination.

11. Termination of Participation
Artistike may terminate participation at any time if:
• rules are not respected
• organizational reasons require it
• copyright violations occur
• behavior harms the association

12. Final Confirmation
By registering, the artist confirms that they have fully read, understood and accepted these regulations.
